Your New Zealand gift baskets, hampers, boxes and flowers will be processed and dispatched as soon as we have confirmed payment, secure online credit card transactions will be automatically confirmed.

 

Overseas and NZ Corporate orders or orders from customers with an account will be processed immediately and dispatched upon receipt of order. We process and dispatch your order via road courier as soon as possible after it is received; delivery times are dependant on courier cut-off times and courier schedules.

 

Note that close to high demand times like Valentines day and Christmas week, couriers may impose longer delivery times if the order is last minute, we do all we can to ensure delivery as soon as possible once your package is dispatched.
 

We recommend ordering a few days or more in advance but understand this is not always possible, so if you have concerns, or to find out about a particular order or destination call 0800 566 3999 to talk to us, you can also leave a note in the message section for us during the checkout process if ordering online (the order process is very simple and has notes of explanation).

 

General Delivery Times: We promise to deliver within five working days or faster to anywhere in New Zealand provided recipient details are correct, we can give you a more precise time by phone, however this is a maximum, the times below are more realistic.

Wellington, Horowhenua, Manawatu, Wairarapa, Tararua Region: Generally same day if the order is received before 10:00am weekdays.  After 10:00am overnight delivery can be expected. Just ensure you place a comment in the delivery section of the checkout process so that we know you require a same day delivery.
 

North Island: Overnight delivery on gift basket orders recieved before 4:30pm, this is dependant upon courier capacity and during times such as Christmas, Valentines or Mother's day delivery may vary, so plan ahead.  There may be exceptions, and if unsure, please call for accurate delivery information.

 

North Island Rural and North of Auckland: North Island Rural and north of Auckland delivery will take typically two working days.

South Island: South Island delivery will take typically two working days (but may take longer due to weather and other freight issues).

South Island Rural: South Island Rural will take typically three working days (but may take longer due to weather and other freight issues).
 

Express South Island delivery: If you are unable to order ahead and need delivery faster than usual to the South Island (next day), we have organised the best airfreight rates available to get your gift delivered on time. Just click the delivery method tab in the shopping cart and select this option.
 

Saturday / Sunday delivery: If you require Saturday delivery just click the delivery method tab in the shopping cart and select this option.

 

Fees: Unlike our competitors we charge a flat fee of $12.95 on single gift baskets, hampers, boxes and bunches of flowers delivered anywhere within NZ by fast overnight courier.  Please note there is additional costs for Rural and Weekend delivery requirements as stated above.
 

Multiple items: If you are sending multiple gifts (four or more) to the same address we will endeavor to package items together to save you money on delivery. If this is the case, please phone us on 0800 566 3999 and we can discuss this with you.

 

New Zealand Christmas Gift Baskets, Hampers and Boxes: At these times delivery may take longer to process due to the high demand placed on our dispatch center and the courier companies; therefore it is wise to place orders as much in advance as possible to ensure delivery and product availability as many businesses shut down early in the week leading up to Christmas and people leave homes on vacation. Valentines day gift baskets also tend to rely on heavily overloaded courier workers, so again it pays to plan early as same day or day before orders can result in late delivery. We will provide you with track and trace numbers and will take every effort to track down any deliveries once they have left our shop.

 

Unfortunately incorrect addresses or bounce backs will be charged redelivery fees as the courier passes on these costs to us unfortunately, so please ensure the delivery information you provided is correct in your order confirmation and phone if you think you have made an error so we can be sure your gift basket arrives on time every time 0800 566 3999. We always do our best to sort out such rare occurances for you before items are returned.

 

Hospital Deliveries: Of get well baskets, flowers etc etc, please provide the ward, and full names of recipients.  We want to ensure the gift is delivered on time while the recipient is recovering.

 

Apartment and Building Deliveries: Clear indication of floor number and unit number as well as street address should be provided. It is a good idea to include recipient’s cell phone number, or organize delivery times with them (if possible) and place these in the message and delivery instruction box during the online checkout process.

 

PO Box Delivery: Unfortunately it is not possible to deliver to post office boxes unless the recipient has a large parcel holding facility organised with their post office.

 

Overseas delivery: We can ship non perishable items overseas at additional cost (call 0800 566 3999) or organize with our overseas affiliates to have the product dispatched within the destination country, products may differ due to local availability but all effort will be made to provide a similar product. Gift basket and gift box deliveries within Australia can be quickly dispatched by our Australian affiliate who has worked closely with us and worked in our shop here in New Zealand to ensure product standards are identical.
